Support Fees and Field Selection. (a) The PSEP Support Fees shall be determined by the WICHE Commission. (b) The CNMI WICHE Commissioners shall determine the professional healthcare fields of study that the CNMI will offer assistance for in collaboration with the CNMI Scholarship and Financial Assistance Office.
