Program Administration. The CNMI Scholarship and Financial Assistance Office shall administer the PSEP scholarship and the CNMI Scholarship Administrator shall serve as the certifying officer for eligible students. The CNMI Scholarship and Financial Assistance Office may promulgate rules and regulations to effectively implement this chapter.
