School Property. The Board shall adopt regulations for proper management, acquisition, and control of property and facilities, including grounds, equipment, and vehicles. The Public School System shall be subject to the procurement regulations as adopted and implemented by the Board and shall not be subject to the procurement regulations of the executive branch.
