Board of Regents: Establishment. There is in the Commonwealth a Board of Regents for the Northern Marianas College composed of seven voting members appointed by the Governor with the advice and consent of the senate. At least one member shall be a resident of Tinian, one member shall be a resident of Rota, at least one member shall be of Carolinian descent, and at least one member shall be a woman.
