Designation of Department

Designation of Department. The Department of Community and Cultural Affairs is the responsible Commonwealth agency in the licensing of day care facilities in coordination with other relevant Commonwealth agencies. The department shall develop policies, procedures, and regulations with regard to day care licensing. Source: PL 4-67, § 4.
