Content of Licensing Requirements. Within 90 days after September 10, 1985, the director shall promulgate regulations that address the following concerns with regard to the issuance of licenses for day care centers: (a) Training, development, supervision and evaluation of staff. (b) Staff qualification requirements, by job classification. (c) Staff-child ratios. (d) Employment history checks for staff and prospective staff. (e) Probation periods for new staff. (f) Parent visitation. (g) Health and safety. (h) Physical plant. (i) Fees for the administrative costs incurred in connection with background checks and other matters associated with processing a licensing application. Source: PL 4-67, § 6.
