Program Administration. The CNMI Scholarship and Financial Assistance Office shall administer the Post Secondary Teacher Education Program and the Medical School Professional scholarships. The CNMI Scholarship and Financial Assistance Office may promulgate rules and regulations to effectively implement this chapter.
