Enforcement. During a state of public health emergency, the Secretary of Public Health may request assistance in enforcing orders pursuant to this Act from the public safety authority. The DPS Commissioner may request assistance from the organized militia in enforcing the orders of the Secretary of Public Health. Source: PL 13-63, § 11.
