Health Care Professions Licensing Board: Jurisdiction. Notwithstanding any other provision of this chapter, the Board’s power, jurisdiction and authority shall extend to persons engaging in the practice of any of the health care professions regulated by the Board, whether their practice is lawful or unlawful, licensed or unlicensed.
