Subjects of Fund; Administration. The Retirement Fund shall consist of: (a) All employee contributions; (b) All employer contributions; (c) All contributions of self-employed persons; (d) All penalties and interest collected on account of contributions; (e) All gifts, donations, and fund transfers authorized by law; (f) All interest and earnings from investment of the funds; and (g) That portion of the Trust Territory Social Security Retirement Fund transferred to the Commonwealth, pursuant to the Covenant.
