Reimbursement of Trust Territory Social Security System. The U.S. Commissioner of Social Security shall enter a financial agreement with the Trust Territory Social Security Board to reimburse the Trust Territory Social Security System for: (a) Services performed by officials of that system, and (b) Benefits paid from the funds of that system on behalf of the social security system established by this division.
