Exit During the Contract Term. A foreign national worker who exits the Commonwealth during the term of an approved employment contract for any purpose other than employment shall inform the Department of the date of exit and date of return. No final administrative order shall be entered during the absence of a foreign national worker in compliance with this section prior to the date of return indicated. Source: PL 15-108, § 4(4951).
