§ 30203. Enforcement. Enforcement of this Act shall be the responsibility of the Secretary of the Department of Lands and Natural Resources, in consultation with the Director of Fish and Wildlife. Such enforcement shall be pursuant to the provisions in 2 CMC § 5109. Source: Saipan LL13-13, § 4.
