§ 30304. Lost or Damaged Cards. If any identification card is lost, mutilated or becomes illegible, the owner or legal representative of whom the card is issued shall immediately notify the Office of the Mayor. Upon furnishing satisfactory information to the Office of the Mayor and payment of a fee, the applicant may obtain a duplicate, a substitute, or a new resident identification card as determined to be most advisable by the Office of the Mayor.
