§ 30306. Resident Identification Card Fund. (a) There is hereby established a special fund within the Department of Finance, which shall be known and designated as the Resident Identification Card Fund for each respective mayoral office. (b) Each Resident Identification Card Fund shall be identified pursuant to the collection activity by the Mayors. Source: Saipan LL 13-16, § 8.
