§ 30411. No Refund of License Fee. Upon payment of the sole bingo annual license fee, no refund shall be made to the licensee regardless of the reason that licensee claims to be basis for refund. The cessation of bingo games for reasons related to a calamity, strike, lockout, loss of business, low turnout of players, no electricity, damage to facility, insolvency, and/or for other reasons shall not be used as a basis to refund the annual sole license fee.
