§ 30511. Hearing. Within 15 days after the date of mailing the order, or other service, including posting, as provided in 10 CMC § 30510, the owner of the property involved shall have the right to make written appeal for a hearing before the Zoning Board. Thereafter, the Board shall promptly arrange a time for the hearing pursuant to the Commonwealth Administrative Procedure Act, 1 CMC §§ 9101– 9115. Source: SLL 20-25 § 2 (June 14, 2018), modified.
