§ 30517. Appeals. (a) Appeals from orders of the Administrator may be made within 30 days upon writing notice received at the Commonwealth Zoning Office and shall be heard by the Commonwealth Zoning Board or its designees in accordance with the APA, 1 CMC §§ 9101–9115. (b) Final decisions of the Commonwealth Zoning Board may be appealed pursuant to the APA, 1 CMC §§ 9101–9115. Source: SLL 20-25 § 2 (June 14, 2018), modified.
