§ 3107. Board of Professional Licensing; Jurisdiction. Notwithstanding any other provision of this Chapter, the Board’s power, authority, and jurisdiction shall extend to persons engaging in the professions regulated by the Board, including but not limited to non-licensees and persons offering their own services or the services of their employees or agents.
