§ 3109. Use of Potassium Cyanide. (a) It is unlawful for any person to use or possess potassium cyanide in the Commonwealth. This prohibition does not apply to any person employed by the Commonwealth government who is using potassium cyanide in connection with his or her official duties. (b) Any person who violates this section may, upon conviction, be imprisoned for a period of not more than one year or be fined not more than $1,000, or both.
