Definitions

Definitions. As used in this chapter, the term: (a) “Department” means the Department of Public Health and Environmental Services; (b) “Director” means the Director of Public Health and Environmental Services; (c) “Board” means the Board of Health and Environmental Quality; (d) “Division” means the Division of Environmental Quality established by 1 CMC § 2646 et seq.; (e) “Chief” means the chief of the division; and (f) “Person” means any individual, corporation, association, partnership, or governmental entity.
