Jurisdiction. The provisions of this chapter and regulations issued pursuant to this chapter shall apply to the air, land, water, wetlands, and submerged lands of or which appertain to the Commonwealth, including the exclusive economic zone and other areas established by the Marine Sovereignty Act of 1980 [2 CMC § 1101 et seq.].
