§ 3114. Saipan Street Directory Commission. [Repealed.] [Repealed.] Source: LL 5-6, § 4; repealed by SLL 21-14, § 3(A) (June 17, 2020). Commission Comment: Executive Order No. 94-3, the “Second Reorganization Plan of 1994” (effective Aug. 23, 1994), reorganized the Commonwealth government executive branch, changing agency names and official titles and effecting numerous other revisions. According to Executive Order 94-3, § 404: Section 404. Saipan Street Directory Commission. The Saipan Street Directory Commission is abolished and its records, property, facilities, equipment, and supplies are transferred to the Office of the Mayor of Saipan. References to the “Director of Public Safety” and the “Director of Public Works” in 10 CMC § 3114 were also affected by Executive Order 94-3, the full text of which is provided in the Commission comment to 1 CMC § 2001.
