§ 3133. Penalties. The owner of any vehicle which is in violation of any provision of this article shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than one year, or a fine of not more than $2,000, or both. Source: Saipan LL 8-2, § 4.
