Repealer and Savings Provisions

Repealer and Savings Provisions. Chapter 13 (sections 501 through 509) of title 63 of the Trust Territory Code is hereby repealed. Any regulation issued under that chapter and in force and effect in the Commonwealth on October 8, 1982, shall remain in force and effect and be administered by the chief until amended or repealed as provided in regulations issued by the director pursuant to this chapter. Any order issued pursuant to the chapter shall remain in force and effect until it expires by its own terms or is revoked by the chief. Any action commenced under the chapter prior to October 8, 1982, shall continue as if the chapter had not been repealed. Source: PL 3-23, § 12.
