TITLE 10: LOCAL LAWS DIVISION 3: THIRD SENATORIAL DISTRICT (SAIPAN, ETC,)
§ 3152. Definitions. As used in this article, unless the context clearly requires otherwise: (a) “Master Map” means the Saipan street naming and addressing master map, dated January 6, 1998, as prepared under the direction of the Office of the Mayor of Saipan by Henry K. Pangelinan and Associates, as approved and adopted by the Saipan and Northern Islands Legislative Delegation in December 1998, and as updated by H.K. Pangelinan and Associates, LLC, in September 2019. The Saipan street addressing (street and property numbering) sub-map is included in the updated master map of September 2019. (b) “Mayor of Saipan” means Office of the Mayor of Saipan. (c) “Delegation” means the Saipan and Northern Islands Legislative Delegation.
