Gambling Activities Prohibited. It is unlawful for any person covered by this article as a business to deal, play, or carry on, open, or cause to be opened, or conduct, either as owner or employee, any gambling device, game of craps, keno, faro, monte, roulette, lansquenet, punchboard, rouge-et-noir, rondo, tan, fan-tan, stud-horse poker, seven-and-ahalf, twenty-one, hokey-pokey, or any banking or percentage game played with cards, dice, or any device, for money, checks, credit, or other thing of value, and to play or bet at or against any of the prohibited games.
