§ 3160. Wearing Mask, Hood, or Other Device on Licensed Property. (a) No person shall enter upon or into any casino gaming establishment in the Commonwealth regardless of location, while wearing any mask, hood, false whiskers, personal disguise (whether complete or partial) or other device whereby any portion of the face is so hidden, concealed, or covered as to conceal the identity of the wearer: (1) With the intent to intimidate, steal from, threaten, abuse, or harass any other person; or (2) While she or he is engaged in conduct that could reasonably lead to the institution of a civil or criminal proceeding against her or him, with the intent of avoiding identification in such a proceeding. (b) This section shall not apply to persons wearing head coverings, veils that do not cover the entire face, or the like pursuant to religious beliefs or customs. (c) Any person who violates 6 CMC § 3160(a) shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than 12 months, fined not more than $3,000, or both. Source: PL 21-38 § 14 (Jan. 7, 2021), modified.
