§ 3202. Jurisdiction. The Superior Court has original jurisdiction over all civil actions, in law and in equity, and over all criminal actions, and has the power to issue writs of mandamus, certiorari, prohibition, habeas corpus, and all other writs and orders necessary and appropriate to the full exercise of its jurisdiction.
