§ 3204. Presiding Judge. (a) The Presiding Judge of the Superior Court shall be appointed by the Governor with the advice and consent of the Senate. (b) The Presiding Judge shall distribute the business of the Superior Court among the judges of the Superior Court and prescribe the order of business. (c) During any absence, disability or vacancy in the office of the Presiding Judge, the duties of the Presiding Judge shall be performed by the judge who is senior in commission among the other judges of the Superior Court.
