§ 3212. Removal and Storage of Scrap Metal. By June 18, 1989, the owner or lessee of any property shall cause to have delivered to the government scrap yard at no cost to the government, any scrap metal. The Department of Public Works shall store all scrap metal and periodically put it out to bid for sale to scrap metal dealers and removal from the Commonwealth. Source: LL 6-6, § 3.
