§ 3213. Mayor’s Office. The Saipan mayor shall be responsible for assisting private individuals in removing scrap metal from their property and shall use for this purpose the equipment of the mayor’s office at no charge to the individuals. The mayor shall also provide to businesses assistance in removal and is authorized to charge a fee comparable to that common in the private sector for such service. Source: LL 6-6, § 4.
