§ 3214. Scrap Metal. Scrap metal shall include all abandoned metal objects and unused or inoperable vehicles, cars, trucks, and other mobile type equipment which are inoperable or in a state of disrepair for more than 90 days shall be deemed to be scrap metal and subject to removal and storage as mandated in the chapter.
