§ 3215. Owner/Lessee Storage of Scrap Metal Parts. Should any owner of scrap metal desire to retrieve parts from inoperable vehicles or equipment, he or she may store the same behind visual screening and removed from public view or inside a building or other structure so that they may not be seen from the exterior.
