§ 3304. Compensation of Judges. (a) The salary of the Chief Justice of the Supreme Court shall be $130,000 per annum. (b) The salary of each full-time Associate Justice of the Supreme Court shall be $126,000 per annum. (c) The salary of the Presiding Judge of the Superior Court shall be $123,000 per annum. (d) The salary of each Associate Judge of the Superior Court shall be $120,000 per annum. (e) The salary of any part-time judge or justice of the Commonwealth shall be paid on a pro rata basis, based upon the time actually served in the performance of the official duties of that judge or justice. (f) The salary of a judge or justice of the Commonwealth may not be reduced during a term of office of that judge or justice.
