§ 3316. Direct Routing Between Home and Certain Activities. The provisions of 10 CMC § 3313 shall not apply to any minor who is in the direct route of going to or returning from the places mentioned in 10 CMC § 3315 and his or her home or other place of abode. However, in the event such minor loiters or deviates from such route, this exception shall not apply and the provisions of 10 CMC § 3313 shall apply. Source: Saipan LL 8-3, § 7.
