§ 3317. Employment. The provisions of 10 CMC § 3313 shall not apply to any minor who is lawfully employed during the hours specified, or is in the direct route of going to or returning from his place of employment as provided in 10 CMC § 3316. Source: Saipan LL 8-3, § 8.
