§ 3318. Assisting or Permitting Violation of Curfew Prohibited. Any person other than a minor who assists, aids, abets, permits, or encourages any minor to violate any of the provisions of this chapter is guilty of a misdemeanor. Source: Saipan LL 8-3, § 9.
