Court Administration. (a) Administrative responsibility for the Commonwealth judiciary is vested in the Supreme Court of the Commonwealth, under the direction of the Chief Justice of the Supreme Court. (b) All employees of the Supreme Court shall be appointed by and serve under the supervision and direction of the Chief Justice. All employees of the Superior Court shall be appointed by and serve under the supervision and direction of the Presiding Judge. Source: PL 6-25, § 3, ch. 3 (§ 3401).
