§ 3415. Annual Report. Within 12 months from September 8, 1989, and biennially thereafter, the Administrator of BECQ shall submit to the legislature, a report summarizing the actions taken under this chapter, and the effectiveness of such actions and such information and recommendations, including legislative recommendations, as deemed appropriate by the Administrator of BECQ.
