§ 3417. Fees, Rules, Regulations, and Penalties. The Bureau of Environmental and Coastal Quality in collaboration with the Department of Public Safety, Department of Finance, Division of Coastal Resource Management, Department of Lands and Natural Resources, Department of Commerce, Mayor’s Office of each respective Senatorial District and the Northern Islands, the Commonwealth Health Care Corporation, the Marianas Visitors Authority, and the Zoning Office shall promulgate fees, rules, regulations, and penalties for littering in the Commonwealth of the Northern Mariana Islands.
