Advisory Commission on Judiciary. There is in the Commonwealth government an Advisory Commission on the Judiciary composed of five members appointed by the President of the Senate and the Speaker of the House. Three members shall be attorneys admitted to practice before the Commonwealth Superior Court. Two members shall be nonlawyers. At least one member of the commission shall be a resident of Saipan and at least one member shall be a resident of Rota or Tinian. Source: N.M.I. Const. art.
