§ 3503. Advisory Commission on Judiciary: Duties. The commission shall have the powers and duties as provided in the Constitution of the Northern Mariana Islands. In addition, the commission shall assist the judiciary in preparing: (a) Rules and regulations regarding admission to practice before the Commonwealth Superior Court; (b) Rules and regulations regarding the discipline of those admitted to practice before the Commonwealth Superior Court; and (c) A code of ethical conduct for judges and lawyers. The former N.M.I. Const. art.
