§ 3512. Publication. The Law Revision Commission shall provide for the publication of the Saipan Zoning Law in the manner it deems appropriate. The Commission opted to codify Saipan LL 16-6 §§ 1-4 without codifying the remaining pages (more than 100) of the Saipan Zoning Law of 2008; The Commission opted to codify SLL 18-4 without codifying the remaining pages (approximately 145) of the Saipan Zoning Law of 2013.
