§ 3536. Enforcement, Remedies, and Penalties. The enforcement provisions of 1 CMC §§ 3131 et seq., as amended by PL 11103 and any future amendments shall apply to any violation under this chapter. Source: PL 11-122, § 8, modified. Commission Comment: PL 11-103 cross-referenced in this section is the Commonwealth Environmental Amendments Act of 1999. PL 11-103 updates the Commonwealth’s environmental laws to be consistent and compatible with applicable federal EPA requirements. The amendments made in PL 11-103 attempt to make the present environmental laws consistent with applicable federal laws and regulations. PL 11-103 makes the following amendments: amends 2 CMC § 3131 by adding a new subsection (i); amends 2 CMC § 3131(c) and (h); amends 2 CMC § 3132(a); amends 2 CMC, Division 3, Chapter 1, Article 3 by adding a new 2 CMC § 3135; amends 2 CMC § 3513 by adding a new subsection (m); amends 2 CMC § 3515(b) and 2 CMC § 3518(b); and amends 2 CMC § 3520.
