§ 3603. Term and Compensation. The members of the board shall be appointed for a term of one year and shall receive no compensation, but may be reimbursed for reasonable and necessary expenses incurred in the course of their official duties upon availability of funds as certified by the Mayor of Saipan and the Secretary of Finance.
