§ 3604. Rules and Regulations. The Mayor of Saipan and the cockpit board shall promulgate, in consultation with cockpit operators, reasonable and necessary rules and regulations for the board to carry out the intent and purposes of this chapter within 60 days of Saipan Local Law 17-5 becoming law, a copy of which shall be provided to the Chairman of the Saipan and Northern Islands Legislature Delegation.
