§ 3912. Retroactive Application. Sections 3907-3914 shall apply retroactively. Source: PL 22-06, § 3 (Aug. 20, 2021). Commission Comment: In codifying PL 22-06, the Commission changed “§§” to “Sections” pursuant to 1 CMC § 3806(g). The Commission changed “§ 3901” to “§ 3907” and “§ 3908” to “§ 3914” pursuant to 1 CMC § 3806(b).
