Assumption of Personnel by MVA. (a) Employees working for the Marianas Visitors Bureau shall continue to be employed by the MVA on the date of the assumption of functions by the MVA except as provided in 4 CMC § 2144. (b) The personnel rules and regulations now applicable to the employees working for the Marianas Visitors Bureau shall be applicable to the MVA until the MVA adopts its own personnel rules and regulations.
