Persons Exempt from Licensure. The following persons are exempted from this Chapter: (a) Persons practicing professional engineering, architecture, land surveying, landscape architecture or real property appraisal solely as officers or employees of the United States government. (b) Persons practicing professional engineering, architecture, land surveying, landscape architecture or real property appraisal solely as officers or employees of the Commonwealth government during the terms of office or employment of such persons.
